Hello All,
We are having a Windows 2003 domain with Windows XP(SP1/Sp2) clients.
One user is using the EFS.
Now, the problem is that the EFS certificates for both the Domain
Administrator (who is also the Default Recovery Agent) have expired duw
to which the user cannot access the encrypted documents.
Now, whenerver he tries to access the encryted files, he is getting the
error " Access to file denied"
Now, I am new to this Certification ares and have no clue what to do.
I would be very thankful if someone could post me the step by step
method to reuse/reactivate EFS certificates so that we maybe able to
access the enceryted documents again.
Thanks,
Jaspreet Singh
