Are there any registry websites that are good for hunting down specific
entries? I have many tweaks I need to make (for a windows xp embedded
image), and finding them seems very time consuming. Ideally, such a
site could do a search for something like "Show icon in notification
area when connected" and find the corresponding registry entry, at
least within 15 minutes of searching through the results. I would use
a registry diff tool to try and figure out where a specific change is,
but the registry constantly makes tons of changes; and these tools
don't seem easily useful.

Any tips/tools/websites you use to locate a specific registry entry
would be useful.
Thanks,
Jason Rooks

Description
RegScanner is a small utility that allows you to scan the Registry, find the
desired Registry values that match to the specified search criteria, and
display them in one list. After finding the Registry values, you can easily
jump to the right value in RegEdit, simply by double-clicking the desired
Registry item.

I have installed and used it and it seesm to work OK
