Man, I got beat up by viruses using this crapware. These programs require
some kind of daily support (as well as decent scanning engines to begin
with), and free won't supply that in most cases. Just some food for thought
for those thinking of using this 'thing'....=) I'll go so far as to put ZA
free in that shitter too......

No flames from here. I've always thought of AVG as a substandard product. As
for ZA, it's the AOL of firewalls.
 
Well I've gotten much better results with the free Avast antivirus program
than I have with Norton which I paid for (2002 and 2003). Norton constantly
loses your subscription data, or just plain stops auto updating for whatever
reason. It did it so many times to me I finally was forced into using
Avast, and haven't had any problem with auto updates yet.

The saying you get what you pay for is not true.
