Eerie Maximize, Minimize and Restore - Windows "Flutter" when moving up or
down
Greetings all,
I'm ascared.
On my Windows 2000 Pro box, I have been plagued by this problem recently:
The animation that runs when a window is being Minimized, maximized or
Restored,
runs very slow and jerkily - it makes the window look like it's "Fluttering"
..
If I check CPU usage, there is no problem - the machine is just idling.
If I play the game like FreeCell, that window also "flutters",
but when I actually play the game, the card animation moves normally.
I'm not sure, but it may only happen after running a program that requires
Java.
What's up with this?
Does my machine have a poltergeist in it or what?
Anyone?
Thanks all,
- Stan Shankman
