EditPad Lite update. Ping exp to REMbranded

EditPad Lite 5.1.0, 21 August 2003,
fixes 6 minor problems that were found in version 5.0.0.

* Alt+Enter keyboard shortcut now maximizes/restores EditPad as it did
before
* Desktop shortcut created by the installer was not recognized by
Options|Preferences|Shortcuts
* Files with names such as source.c++ could not be opened because of the +
characters or other special characters in the file name.
* Opening several read only files from Windows Explorer causes trouble
because of the information window informing about read only files
* Windows XP alpha blended file type icons were not properly displayed when
using the Windows Classic theme
* Word wrapping at the width of the screen causes multi-byte characters to
be broken up.
