Editor like notetab light with paste board?

Notetab light is very nice, but it does not scroll text using the
mouse wheel on my laptop. It works using the touchpad, but not with
the usb wheel mouse. The wheel scrolls very nice in other
applications. I like the paste board function in notetab, so is there
an editor with a similar function?

Watch the wrap. It didn't want to paste in as most brken links do.

I gave it a try and it works! It was 176k iirc with an install

My problem programs were Crypt Edit and this old version of Agent that
I inherited from a friend who switched to Linux exchusively. Neither
of these programs scrolled with my Logitech optical wheel mouse.
Problem corrected! Very nice little utility!

To the OP, I recommend Crypt Edit or Atlantas Nova if you still want
to explore other editors.
