Editing WinXP's registry in Win98SE

How can I view & edit my XP Pro's registry from Win98SE? I can't boot
into XP to remove the registry entries of the program that caused the
problem. Is there an apliction or something to do that? Or maybe I can
find the Win Xp registry file somewhere?
PLEASE HELP THANKS

Press F8 at boot and select "Last Known Good" configuration.
