editing web pages using Frontpage 2003

I had received some great help couple of months ago and really appreciate it.
Now I need another help. Can one import websites using Frontpage 2003 and
edit it even the original site was not composed using Frontpage?

Yes.

Frontpage is an HTML editor, so what you are importing is HTML and FP will edit it.
