Tom,
Assuming the folder you're trying to save the task into is your own, it
sounds like we have a bad folder. If this is a PST, try saving a task into
another tasks fodler in another PST. Try saving a task into another tasks
folder in your existing PST. If this is a mailbox, you can try the same
test with creating an additional tasks folder.
If new folders work, but old ones don't then we have a bad folder. Try
running the Inbox Repair Tool, or switchign to a new PST. In the case of a
mailbox, contact your Administrator for information on doing an exmerge of
this damaged mailbox.
