Editing Registry using GPO

Hi,

I have Windows 2000 AD setup. We need to modify
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE" registry key of all the machines using group
policy.

Users do not have local administrator rights. Please help in configuring the
GPO.
