Maybe.
Are all the systems on a LAN?
Are they all part of a Domain?
Do the workstations run Remote Registry Service?

With a Domain Administrator account one should be able to in
regedit.exe to use the menu: Registry, Connect Network Registry...
to directly access the registry on a domain-member client system
(HKLM and HKU only IIRC). Similar in regedt32.exe. In regedit,
Help, Index, Connecting to other registries...

But if you said more about what the task is there may be other ways
to accomplish it. Logon scripts, Group Policies, etc.
