Editing real chart data not fake chart data

In MS Access, I have created a pie chart and then edit data. Only I am
editing some fake data for formating and viewing the real data in Print View.
How can I view the actual chart in formatting (edit) mode. So that I can
change the data labels and re-adjust them accordingly?

Do you mean it's displaying the East, West, North data in design view?
That's the usual behavior of MS Chart.
To get the chart to retain it's true data in design view, create the
chart again on a form.
Use the same data source as you are now using.
When the chart is working correctly, copy and paste it into your
report.
It will now show the correct data in design view, and you can edit it
as needed, when needed.

Delete the chart on the form, as well as the old chart on the report.
