Editing Outlook 2003 Rules

I sort incoming mail using Rules but these are getting a complete mess. Many
could be combined but it is very slow and messy editing them.

Can anyone recommend a good utility to help do the job?

Thanks, I was hoping someone would have produced something to help tidy
them up.
