I was just told by a Microsoft technical support person
that Microsoft doesn't support edits or deletions of
email addresses that have already been created and either
appear in one's Contact list or default appear when you
start typing the first part of the email address. This
is absurb! So if an email address is no longer valid,
misspelled or needs editing, you can't do it?? What kind
of #@&* is that? You can't tell me that Microsoft,
leader in software development, was so stupid in
designing Outlook 2003 that they didn't think to enable
edits or deletions of information that may be wrong or no
longer legit?
Come on you guys, you can do better than that!!
