I've been accumulating contacts in Outlook for 5 years. Initially they were
in a PST file, then I migrated to Outlook Connector for MSN, and now I'm on
a hosted Exchange service. My client is currently Outlook 2003. I just
copied the Contacts whenever I moved to the next type of service. Outlook
Connector had placed an email address which I no longer use in several
fields, instead of my name (which is standard with Exchange). Those fields
are:
- Changed by and From in All Mail Fields
- From in All Post Fields
- Organizer in All Appointments Fields
Those are fields which Outlook won't allow me to edit. Can anyone suggest a
work-around to update those fields? Recreating the Contacts is an option,
of course, but not one I'm enthusiastic about.
Thanks for any advice you might be able to provide.
