Editing multiple contacts at the same time

How do I edit fields in multiple contacts at the same time without having to open up each contact one at a time?

For example, I have a number of contacts that all work for the same business. Their business address has changed, and I want to make the change to the address and then have it effect all contacts.

Any thoughts or ideas ?

(Outlook 2000) See the following Knowledge Base Article:

Unfortunately, it requires programming.

Otherwise, you'll have to resort to a brute force method; I've found the
following to be the simplest method:
Click Contacts on Outlook shortcuts
Select Current View on the View menu (note the name of your current view)
Click Columnar
Click the heading of the Company column to sort the contacts by company
Scroll down to contacts for the company whose name you want to change
Change each company name by clicking in the entry field, making the change
and then clicking in the next entry field -- don't hit enter or you'll be
taken to the full Contact form, which will slow down the process.
Return to your previous view by using the View menu

Good luck!
