Editing Mailing List

One of my clients uses the campaign manager for direct mailing. It appears
that on a few reciepents that the Business City appears where the Business
Street should be. On the server hosting the database it is possible to edit
the mailing list in word but on a client PC that shares the database the
mailing list option does not show any recipenents so the errors cannot be
corrected. Should a client be able to edit this list.

I have been assured that the entries where entered correctly what would you
suggest to resolve this.
 
Are you using Word mailmerge as the delivery method for the campaign? If so,
in Word under the Mailings tab there is a command for Match Fields. You
should be able to make the adjustment there.
