I have a strange issue here...
I am currently using an XP machine trying to administer a
windows 2000 network with the windows server 2003 admin
tools.
I was trying to edit a group policy object, and under user
settings/windows settings, the only thing that shows is
Remote installation services. I was trying to make a logon
script to map network drives for the users, and this is
how i found out that the script settings were not there. I
found that to be odd.
I proceeded to log into the domain controller, and there i
could do a whole lot more under user settings/windows
settings. But I cannot do any of this stuff with the
server 2003 admin tools.
The odd thing is that mine doesnt show all of those
settings but a coworkers does with the exact same setup as
mine...
any ideas?
