That's correct if the template is using fp's navigation.
View | Navigation and should see Home and your other pages, if you don't
see the other pages you need to add them there. If you don't have other
pages in your website you should create them (duh).
Right Click on Home and you'll see it from there.
Of course you should be working with your web site opened (not a loose
page).
