I have recently upgraded from ME to XP (Home Edition), it works perfecting. I
used to have 1 account and now we have created 3, one for each user. They are
all are set to administration.

We all started to edit our accounts and deleted icons from the desktop.
Thats when we had a problem everytime we deleted a icon form one account it
went from all on them. How do i stop this????

You answered the question yourself, "all are set to administration".
Have one Administrator and create limited user accounts. If you give all
users Administrative privilege, you can get into a lot of trouble unless they
are very trusted friends/relatives.
Go to: Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>Change an Account

These shortcuts are probably located in the \Documents and
Settings\All Users\Desktop folder.

What you need to do is to use Windows Explorer and copy them to each
of the \Documents and Settings\[user name]\Desktop folders, or at
least to those for the users that want these shortcuts on their
desktop; and then delete them from the ..\All Users\Desktop folder

Shortcuts that are in the All Users\Desktop folder appear on the
desktop for every user. Those that are in the [user name]\Desktop
folder appear on the desktop for that user only.

Note:
When you install an application you are often given a choice of
installing it for all users or for the current user only. If you
install an application for the current user only and then another user
also wants a shortcut to that application you have to create one or
copy it with Windows Explorer.

Good luck
