Editing a worksheet.

I need to fix an error in my worksheet, it seems that all my values ar
off by 25. I would like to be able to subtract 25 from every cell a
one time instead of going thourgh and doing in cell by cell

Enter 25 in an empty cell.

Copy this cell then select your range of data.

Paste Special>(in place)Subtract>OK>Esc.

Enter 25 in a new, unused cell.
Right click in this cell and choose "Copy".
Now, select all the cells that you wish to revise.
Right click in the selection and choose "PasteSpecial".
Click on "Subtract", then <OK>.

Depending on exactly what's in the cells you're trying to revise, you could
pre-format the new cell to match the formatting of the cells that you're
changing, otherwise, you'll loose any special formatting that's in those
original cells.

for e.g. your data is from A1 to A10. type in B1 <=A1-25>
now copy B1 to B2 to B10 or take the cursor to the bottom right of the
cell B1 it will turn into a +. click that +.
