editing a users profile in XP home

I would ike to create a profile and limit access to
certin programs within Windows. I would also like to dis-
allow access to the Internet for this account

MVP Doug Knox has created a slick little utility that easily restricts
access to just about any program you wish, plus much, much more. Very
intuitive, easy to use and it works on XP Pro as well as XP Home version.

This utility solves the problem with XP Home version not being able to use
the gpedit.msc group policy editor which is available for XP Pro only. It
also solves the problem of not being able to use gpedit on a per user basis.
