editing a report

how can i chnge the text in a report that is pullingh out side data without
exporting the report it self into word? or can that not be done..

the report is 160 pages long and i just need to cahnge 4-5 pages just a
small change of words.

Is this a Report in a Microsoft Access database? Where is the "outside data"
coming from?
