Here is a problem and if you can help me over this hurdle
then, I would be most grateful.

I have ACCESS 97 database on Windows 98 and in this
database I have a memo field (long text field) and I need
to:

Edit the field for tabs, bold, and justification

Print it as part of an access report such that the
report accomdates the varying length of this field
(i.e pages correctly)

I assume that I have to change the editor of the memo
field or pass the text to the WORD and then back again. I
would like to Edit on the Access form and not show Word,
but more important is that the report formats correctly.

I have experimented with an ActiveX control for rich
text editing, but have not been able to fully accomplish
what i need. WHAT TO DO?

CAN YOU HELP ME ....
Thanks

I guess I am not sure what you are really doing so if my suggestion is
way off base, please just ignore it.

I find it much easier to get formatting straight in a report by merging
the data into a MS Word® merge document.

I have also found that using Access to store large amounts of text is
seldom the best solution. However there are exceptions to everything.
