I have several large distibution lists, and contacts that are in several of
them at once. How do I make it so that when I update a contact it is updated
in the list?

That's what the "Update Now" button is supposed to be for. It doesn't work
most of the time.

Hmmm. Thought I was doing something wrong. Is there soemthing I can do to A)
fix the button, or B) get the lists to update without having to readd the
contact three dozen times?

Nope. DL's have never worked as they are supposed to and Microsoft appears
to have no interest in making them work better. Most of us have abandoned
them for that reason.

Try using Categories instead of Distribution Lists....
