Edit volume on a CD.

Is there a program that make it possible to increase the volume on a wav
file (full CD)?.

Yes : Audacity (free) or Goldwave (slight fee) You need to "normalise" the
volume.

You'd be better breaking the CD up into tracks (use either to do that) then
normalising the volume otherwise it will take a long time for one track that
fills a CD.
