Edit HTML Button

My button has been disabled the past couple of days where
it had been working fine. I can only get it to work every
once in awhile be removing it from the toolbar, closing
internet explorer, reopening it and adding the edit button
back in. Can anyone help me resolve this problem?

Internet Options | Programs | "HTML Editor"
Is your program selected there? (check the drop-down button)

I already have that set up and the button for Front Page
is there but it is greyed out.
