Edit file without date change.

Looking for editor (very simple) with imbedded option of
"Save file without date change".
The simplest way to do it is via batch script:
to save the original date and return it after the editing
I would like to find "imbedded" version.

Hi Yogev,

PSPad has this feature. Make your changes and press Ctrl + Alt + S
(instead of the usual Ctrl + S), or select "Save without changing file
date" from the Save toolbar button drop - down menu.
