Edit entire column of existing formula's

I want to multiply an entire row of exitsting formula's
by 3. Is there an easy way to do this?

Steps:

1) Enter 3 in a blank cell
2) Copy
3) Select Row
4) Edit | Paste Special - check Operation Multiply
