Edit Drop Down Choices In A Cell

When selecting a cell, a drop down menu of selections appears and they are the ONLY choices. How do I edit the choices???
 
Joe,

Sounds like Data Validation, so go into there (Data>Data Validation) and see
where it sources the values from, it will either be a range that you can
update, or a list that you can add to.

Choose Data/Validation and edit the choices in the dialog's textbox (or,
if it refers to a range, edit the values in the range).
