Edit Custom title bar from ISP?

Hi,
I'm using Outlook Express 6, A custom title bar from an old internet
service provider (Mindspring) has been there too long :( Every time I
import old data to a new machine or OS, there it is...

Is there a way to restore the default "Outlook Express"?

As you've been told, wrong group... However, start > run > type "regedit"
without the quotes > click on edit > click on find > type in the text that
the title of OE now has > search for it > change it by with the right click
modify > close out regedit... It should be somewhere like

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\**** big long number
****\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\*** your version of OE ***\
