I have an ATI all-in-wonder 9000 Pro.
AMD Athlon based computer.
Windows 2000.
I capture .vcr files and convert them to MPEG 2 file, using the
library function. If I try to open the file in Premiere 6.0, I get the
following error message: Unable to open that file. File was recorded
at an unsupported rate. The supported rates are 11kHz, 22..., 33 ...,
44 and 48 kHz.
Not only Premiere refuses to open this kind of file, Ulead, TMPenc,
VirtualDub,... do the same thing...
Does anybody has any ideas about this problem?
