I've picked up someone else's ppt to make edits. When I View, Master and
click on the header nothing happens so i deduce I must be in the 2nd master.
how do you access it's properties to change the header. There must be 2
headers because i was able to change the date in the header on the 1st
header...most of the slides are updated. It is only a few of the new slides
I just inserted that are not.

No, I am using 2007. I can go View, Master slide but there is no
header/footer option next.???

If you go to View | Header and Footer and hit Apply to All, does that take
care of it?

No, it's not in the master slide. It's in the regular, Normal view -- Insert
| Headers and Footers.
