Looking at buying a new phone & one of them is EDGE Technology enabled.
What is EDGE?

its a high speed internet connection, if your not gonna browse the net on your phone you dont really need to worry about it

EDGE networks allow both voice and data transmissions........ but at this point I will "fess up" and give you the link to Cnet, which is where I just read about it
