"If you have a query regarding an existing order, please call 0845 114 5000 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday with your order number, or alternatively please raise an enote. Please note: calls maybe monitored and recorded for training purposes."

About time too :)
 
But they have still kept the silly enote system which takes them a week to answer you....but anything is an improvement i suppose.....at least you get to talk to a human now....
