PS. I shall let you know how speedily it dealt with lol
hi ,i know what u mean but i did follow everything to the letter, they accepted the package back,i recieved a enote of ebuyer confirming they recieved it and shall deal with it in 5 working days.I waited 7/8 working days before i rang them and they said they chase it up.Now its 12 working days and they send me a enote saying they want proof of reciept.Whats that about?they confirmed they got it,so if they misplaced the item or whatever its not down to me to get in touch with royal mail and wait up to 5 days for me to recieve it and then to post it to ebuyer and then ebuyer shall test my mobo.My point is if they misplaced they should act in good faith and send me a replacement and then ask me for proof of reciept so then they can find the person in their workplace that signed for it.That way i can have my pc up n running instead of being boxed up waiting for the mobo.So i have enoted them once they find it and have checked it they can keep the replacement mobo and give me a full refund as ive orderd one today from elsewhere and i wont buy owt from them again becourse i get stressed with lame return departments and stress is not goodmuckshifter said:

I can confirm their packaging is shoddy.
Always send rma's by recorded delivery at least, then you have a receipt and e-buyer must sign for it, which Royal Mail will have a record of.
Overclockers (Esnet) refunded the cost of sending my last RMA to them, I don't know what e-buyer's policy is.
