Ebay

If I am in my ebay account and want to send an e-mail to
the person that purchased my product, I normally would
click on their username next to the product they
purchased. Then e-bay prompts you to re-enter your
username and password. When I begin to enter my password
an error message appears claiming that internet explorer
needs to shut down?
