Any Ebay item link that I click on shuts down IE.
Only having this problem on EBay. Virus, Trojan
I'm baffled, can't figure this one out. Any help or
suggestions would be appreciated. I've run virus scan,
spyware etc. nothing unusual present.
TIA

Can you duplicate the problem link and post it here?

It's not any certain link, it's any and all items in eBay.

Only on eBay, hmmm...

Run your pre-installed anti-virus scanner, if you have not already.

Delete your Temp Internet Files Folder, use this method, choose
what is appropriate for your O/S.

Question for you, are your running the eBay Toolbar, Browser toolbar?
If you are, it is Spyware.

This is not the first report that I've read of eBay causing Browser instability
and crashes.
Please run the above tasks an post back, thank you.

I have the same problem, but only when I try to sign in
to ebay to sell something. All other aspects work fine,
but as soon as I try to log in after clicking 'Sell' from
ebay my browser automatically closes. I have tried to
repair IE 6 and adjust my security settings, but the
problem still happens. Please help :-)

IE 6.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions
