I installed Spyware and my disk space is going away
fast. I scan every night and seem to be loosing about
100MB or so everytime. I truncated the stored files then
deleted them but on got 2 MB back. Does anyone know
where the space is going and how to retrieve it?

What can you tell us? Here are some locations to check:

1) \program files\microsoft antispyware\errors.log Check the size of this
file. Shut down Microsoft antispyware via the system tray applet and delete
the file if necessary. Reinstallation may fix a problem with this file
growing out of control.

2) \program files\microsoft antispyware\deactivated items

What do you see in this folder? Any idea what these are?

3) \program files\microsoft antispyware\quarantine

If you have a scheduled scan running, items detected are automatically
quarantined, I believe. This area may grow, but hasn't been the source of
previous reports of this issue--check 1 and 2 first.

You can also ensure you do a disk clean up in safe mode and delete the
contents of the error log under C:Programs Files > Microsoft AntiSpyware.
