Hi all--

Someone just sent me a test e-mail message, because we've
had problems with his e-mails to me (among others).

I just happened to have my eyes on the right portion of
the screen when the little chime went off, and his e-mail
to me appeared for maybe half a second, then it vanished--
POOF!

I have no idea where it went--any ideas?

I immediately checked the "junk e-mail senders list" but
he's not on it.

So....why did Outlook make his e-mail dissappear, and
where did it go?

Thnaks,

Peter Serratore

Hi all--

I have since found out that messages from this guy were
being automatically put into the "deleted items" folder.
How can I prevent this from happening? As I said, he's
not on the junk senders list, so why is his mail going
there?

Peter,

Have a good look at your rules - the message must have
triggered one of the rules that deletes mail or moves it
to the deleted items folder that has the same result.

Hi John--

Thanks for replying. I checked the Rules Wizard, and
there was nothing in there about this particular sender.
