EASY way to count users in a group?

All I want to do is either get a count of users in a group, or get a list of
users in a group that I can open in Excel.

Windows 2003 AD domain.

Any help appreciated!

NOTE: Please note the capitalization of the word EASY in the subject!

hmm, easiest way will be dsget group with -member switch

try dsget /? to get the syntax
