I transferred what files I needed from my older XP PC to a new Vista
machine. Now whenever I boot up my XP PC, the XP PC opens up a folder onto
the desktop called "XXX". I can click it closed, but it is a pain to have to
do every time I turn that computer on.
I tried to locate the program name running msconfig.exe, but could not find
it in particular.
I also went to "Add/Remove Programs...", found the program, but said that
certain other programs I have would/could possibly not run right if I
removed the Easy Transfer application...one of which is UPnP.
Is there another way to remove the Easy transfer program? Perhaps reverting
to an earlier system restore point?
Thanks for your help.
