Easy one - landscape vs portrait

How do I save a query so that it always prints in landscape format.
Currently I have to go to page setup each time and change from portrait to
landscape before printing.

You can't. Use a report that "looks" like the query grid and then you can.
 
Sorry, you can't save Page Setup with DatasheetView of the Query.

You need to create a Report which can look like a Datasheet and then specify
the Page Setup for the Report.

It's not, because a Query is not an appropriate tool for printing.

Create a Report based on your query; set its landscape/portrait as
desired; save the report.

The Report will remember how it's to be printed.
