Easy Cleaner Site

Hello,
Toni Helenius has now started a new site, where his Easy Cleaner
software is available once more as freeware:

does anyone know, who's doing www.tonyarts.com right now? I removed
Tony's programs a few days ago after I got this "Member Sign-Up" and
was disgusted. Now there's this newer page, same layout, same content,
more actual and the only thing I read is "www.toniarts.com is no
longer my web site, my web site now and in the future will be this
(http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts)." Here in germany this
would not be possible, when it's Tony's content nobody has the right
to do such a fraud. I know there are differences between copyright
and our "Urheberrecht", but as far as I know there is no way both
owning the same content in copyright... Seems, he's from finland,
what's the right there?

Or is it just Tony not having money for the lawyer?

And now it seems to be gone, only some minutes later :-(
Seems like www.tonyarts.com is the original and should not
be supported anymore here...

Hi Thorsten,

I believe we're talking about a Finland in Canada . . .

Toni had a site at http://www.toniarts.com

He also had a (personal) site at http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts

Evidently he has decided to use that as the main site for his Freeware
and severed connections with the people hosting the
http://www.toniarts.com site.

No more links should lead to these terrible guys at toniarts.com
(danima.com). Even when they did it as a reaction to traffic costs
I cannot find any explanation that it is not the original author
who charges for downloads. And they do not shutdown the site as
Toni requested. This stinks...
