Every time I sign on (Compaq Presario with Windows XP) I
get a window that says something to the effect
the "CPQEAM is missing a component" then "Please
reinstall Easy Access Software". I have no clue what this
means or how to do it. Can anyone help? Also, woudl this
have anything to do with the fact that when I download a
state tax program from Turbo Tax, I get a message that
says the InstallShield Wizard has encountered a problem
and the program doesn't install properly? Thanks for any
help........

Compaq technical support could help you - but in short, it looks like you
need to re-install some keyboard software.

As for the secondary question - it could, but that is a deeper problem,
likely needing more attention than just the reinstall of the first
software.. But again O have to point you to Compaq technical support, as
they may have a different opinion and a way to reinstall what you need.
