east asian languages

i want to install the east asian languages onto my
computer...but it says that i need the CD for it to be
able to install it and i don't have the CD. Is there
another way that i can read and write Chinese on my
computer and Aim and e-mail. etc. Thankxz for any help..

You will need the CD as the files required for East Asian enabling are quite
large, and I don't believe they're available for download.

See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[ln];326246 to get a
replacement Windows CD.
