easily sharing shopping carts

I have an online store. If I want:
a) enable other [any] online stores to include my items in their store
without having to do it individually for each item
b) include their items in my own online store
is there a way of doing a or b without making it a complicated process for
the 2nd online store's administrator? (so; with simple short instructions
necessary actions on both sides are taken)
what I have in mind is automating a or b as much as possible. (or use a
software that has it already automated)
 
You each would have to add the item(s) to your online store.
