Easily changing report format or sorting

Once you have already created a report through the wizard, selecting the
format, sorting, etc. for your report, is there an easy way to change any of
this? Example: You have a list of employee names grouped by their supervisor
without any sorting. After creating the report, you decide to sort the
employees alphabetically. To my knowledge, once you complete the wizard, you
cannot get back into it to alter your choices. Is there an easy way to change
this?

Another example: If I were using the "Corporate" format for my reports. I
chose that format again for my newest report, then later decided I wanted it
to stand out from the other reports, so I'd change it to the "Bold" format.
If I actually wanted to do this, is there an easy way to do so?

After getting in the report in design view, goto the toolbar select view, and
there select sorting and grouping.
In there you can change the sort order in the group you created.
choose the field you want to sort by and change sort asc or desc.

While in view design you can click on each field and change it's format,
size of tetters, type etc

Thank you both very much. I see why the sorting thing wasn't working. I had
to make sure to move the field I want up in the sorting list so it doesn't
sort by the wrong field before the one I wanted. Just one last question,
though. I know you can change the format (font color, size, etc.) in design
view, but is there an easier way to change the whole format of the report if
you have changed your mind and decided you want one of the other pre-set
formats? The styles are different, even with things like the lines in the
headers.

No, in that case you need to enter each object and change it to the way you
want.
You better off running the wizard to create a new report.
