Easiest way to make mailing labels from Outlook contacts

I am looking for the EASIEST way to create mailing labels from my outlook contacts. I will be sending out mailers once a month, and will utilize my Outlook contacts as the source of names and addresses. I have spent hours tryin to export to word and it is too difficult, messy, and error prone. Can somebody help!
 
There is no need to export to Word. Just use a mail merge from Outlook.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
