Easier way to enter dates

I'm new to Access (97) and databases and find it had to believe there's no
easy way to enter dates into a field other than to type it in. Surely there
must be a way of using a pop up calendar?

Of course, there is a Calendar Control that you can use. Have you check
Access Help?

Thanks for that tip. I use Access help but was unaware that the control
could also be used to input data.
